How to Claim a Warranty Replacement
If you would like to claim a warranty replacement for a covered reason (see "Warranty Coverage" below), please email our support team at Support@TryPivotal.com with the following information (required):
- The original 4-digit order number from the purchase (found on the email receipt).
- A clear image of the frame's manufacturing or workmanship failure.
Since a photo is required to initiate a claim, please file all Warranty Replacement requests via Support@TryPivotal.com. Any phone calls to our support department regarding frame warranty replacements will be referred to send the required information above via email.
Pivotal Group does not offer an "any reason" warranty on frames (e.g. dog bites, impact, etc.). This one-year limited warranty covers all manufacturing and workmanship failures.
To opt-out of this warranty and receive an extra 15% off:
Members have the option of receiving 15% off of all frames by removing the warranty. Enter the code "WarrantyOpt-Out15" (without quotes) at checkout to opt-out of the manufacturer's warranty & receive 15% off.
The field for entering this discount code is available on the right-side of the "Checkout" page on this ordering portal prior to finalizing your order.
Any request for warranty replacement will be denied if the product was ordered using any discount code of 15% off or more.
