We've successfully cut the costs of frame rep commissions, travel expenses, and middlemen out of the frame-buying process — but it's come at a cost.

Customers like you can't see the product in-person without feeling like you're taking on a lot of risk.

So let's fix that:

Announcing Friction-Free Frame Buying from Pivotal Group

We felt it was time to put our money where our mouth is.

We know you'll be blown away by our frame quality, so we're absorbing all of the risk.

You no longer take on ANY risk when you place an order from Pivotal Group. No restocking fees or return shipping costs will be charged if you want to request a return after your order is delivered.

If you order a product that you don't like, you have seven days from when it's delivered to ship it back to us at our expense. You could choose to only return one or two frames, or you could choose to return the entire order!

The "Fine Print"

Returns must be initiated within seven (7) days of delivery. Please make sure all frames are completely free of fingerprints, makeup, or other blemishes and in brand new condition with all original packaging. Please also repackage the frames securely so they are not crushed or otherwise damaged during shipping. Pivotal Group reserves the right to charge members for merchandise that was returned dirty, damaged, or shipped irresponsibly.

In other words: All merchandise must be returned in brand new, clean condition with original packaging — the ONLY way you may incur a charge is for dirty or damaged items.
